Every all-inclusive wedding at Château Amelia begins with a menu that reflects your tastes — not a preset plate.


We offer three standard cuisine styles to choose from, plus an elevated Southern Estate upgrade available for select larger weddings.

Make your final menu selections for your confirmed guest count 45-60 days prior to your wedding date.

Within your chosen style, build your menu by selecting:

• Two entrées
• Three sides
• One bread service

(Micro Wedding Packages include one entrée selection from BBQ menu only.)

For the Italian menu, entrées and sides are thoughtfully paired to create cohesive combinations.

All menus include tea, lemonade and water stations.
